      Out of 116 California Community Colleges, Mt. SAC's Student Services division offers one of the state's widest variety of student support programs and resources to help students achieve their personal and academic goals. Our student services programs help enhance the success of our students both in and out of the classroom through various activities, services, and more. We offer over 25 student support programs that provide holistic support to meet various student needs. Basic Needs, DREAM, ACCESS for students with disabilities, Promise Plus, and Health Services are just a handful of programs ready to support you through your college experience.

From terminal degrees to transfer degrees and opportunities, we have it all. Mt. SAC is a top 10 California Transfer College, with so many different paths to choose from, if you start here, you can go anywhere.       Academic Competitive Teams

      Nothing demonstrates excellent academics and a competitive program better than success, and the Mt. SAC Forensics Team, Robotics Team, and Chamber singers have plenty to show through their national and international awards. Mt. San Antonio College has a variety of competitive teams where students can develop and showcase their talent. Our award-winning Forensics Team, Robotics and Chamber Singers, and the elite vocal jazz ensemble, Singcopation, have all achieved top rankings worldwide in national and international competitions. Mt. SAC's excellent academic programs, dedicated faculty, and talented and diverse students create a community of excellence both inside and outside the classroom. Mt.       Mt. SAC is lively with several places to eat off and on campus to connect with other students through spaces like the Library and tutoring centers to clubs and organizations. Here at Student Life, we cultivate ethical leaders by helping students find ways to get involved while developing leadership skills. We offer opportunities for students to enhance learning and make friends by joining Associated Students, the student government body representing Mt. SAC students, and Student Clubs and organizations. We also offer the Leadership Education and Development Program, a co-curricular certificate program dedicated to developing effective leaders.     6. Athletics

      Athletics

      We have one of the nation's largest and most successful athletics programs as an integral part of the College's overall educational offerings. Athletics includes over 20 competitive teams, a Pep Squad, a state-of-the-art athletic facility, and educational options such as an Associate in Arts in Kinesiology, certificates in fitness, coaching, athletic training, dance teaching, and Pilates. The division also oversees the College's Athletics Special Events, recognized around the world, such as the Mt. SAC Relays, Cross Country Invitational, Footlocker Western Regional Cross Country Championship, and LA84 Foundation Youth Days, reaching over 100,000 participants, coaches, and spectators.     7. School of Continuing Education

      School of Continuing Education (SCE)

      The School of Continuing Education (SCE) offers courses in college preparation, career training, and lifelong learning through tuition-free noncredit as well as fee-based community services. You can earn a noncredit short-term vocational certificate and industry certifications in different career fields such as health, business, and technical areas. Earn a high school diploma or equivalency, enrich computer skills, or learn to read, write, and speak English. SCE also provides courses for those with intellectual or developmental disabilities and older adults to keep minds and bodies engaged.       Hands-On Learning

      Mt. SAC provides technology, resources, and a collaborative and creative learning environment where students can develop the industry-driven skills needed for successful careers. Our classrooms provide students with an environment where they can practice their skills to prepare for the job market. If you enjoy making, building, fixing, designing, or producing items, many of our credit and noncredit programs are for you! Our hands-on programs offer many opportunities to learn new skills, practice, and get employed. Our Radio & TV, Aviation, Electronics & Manufacturing, Culinary Arts, Nursing, and Health Careers are but a few of the programs that have spectacular interactive classrooms that model the working environment.

      The Counseling Department is committed to providing equitable and supportive services that enrich the college experience of students, the community, and the college campus.
