    1. Visitor Parking

      Union Square Parking Garage has paid parking at a rate of $1.50 per hour every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. 
    2. War Memorial

      The LSU War Memorial was dedicated October 8, 1998, in memory of those who gave their lives in military conflict from World War II through and including future wars and conflicts. The LSU Alumni Association raised the money necessary to construct the memorial and then donated it to the University. The memorial serves as the site of numerous military ceremonies and recognition events each year.
    3. Memorial Tower

      This 175-foot structure was built in 1923 and dedicated in 1926 as a memorial to the Louisianans who died in World War I. Their names are inscribed on bronze plaques inside the tower.  The William W. Brookshire LSU Military Museum is housed in Memorial Tower.

    4. Indian Mounds (LSU Campus Mounds)

      The Indian Mounds are thought to be more than 5,000 years old, which means they predate the Egyptian pyramids. Experts believe they may have been a gathering place for ceremonies and celebrations.

    5. Mike's Habitat

      Mike the Tiger's habitat is a state-of-the-art facility, paid for by donations from the Tiger Athletic Foundations, fans and other supporters. The 15,000-square foot facility includes lush planting, a live oak tree, a waterfall and a stream evolving from a rocky backdrop overflowing with plants and trees.  The tiger habitat and LSU’s animal care plan are licensed by the USDA. The facility, tiger and animal care programs are inspected annually to ensure that they comply with the Federal Animal Welfare Act and other USDA policies and guidelines.

    6. The Quad

      The Quadrangle, nicknamed "the Quad," is the heart of campus and holds the original group of structures, built between 1925 and 1930.

    7. Student Union

      The Student Union -- which houses an art gallery, theater, the Olinde Career Center and various dining options -- serves as the center for campus life.
    8. Barnes & Noble at LSU

      Barnes & Noble at LSU serves as the campus bookstore and is one of the largest collegiate Barnes & Noble stores in the nation.
