  1. Accessible Self-Guided Tour

    Explore the University's campus via a pathway with accessible routes.

    Stops

    1. Start tour at Joe Crowley Student Union

      Navigate using the accessible sidewalks and path from the West Stadium Parking Complex to the main entrance of the Joe Crowley Student Union.

      Next Stop: Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center

      NOTE: If you visit campus on the weekend or after regular business hours, some locations may be closed or inaccessible to visitors.

    2. Stop at Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center

      Enter via the 2nd floor north entrance and take the elevator to the immediate left next to the grab-and-go eatery.

      Take the elevator down one level to the @One media center and lab.

      After exploring the library, continue out the 1st floor exit to the south of @One and exit through the glass doors that leads to the University's outdoor sculpture garden.

      Next stop: Reynolds School of Journalism

    3. Raggio Building to Reynolds School of Journalism

      After exploring the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center, take the pathway south to the William R. Raggio Building.

      Past the Raggio Building head southwest and head to the right of the fork when you reach the Reynolds School of Journalism. Take the ramp on the west side of the building to enter the school.

      After exploring the Reynolds School, exit via the same ramp and head towards Hilliard Plaza.

      Next stop: Pennington Student Achievement Center.

    4. Pennington Student Achievement Center

      After touring Hilliard Plaza, head south on the path and turn to the right when you pass the Effie Mona Mack Building. That path will take you to a ramp near the north entrance of the Pennington Student Achievement Center (PSAC).

      Take the elevator to the left of the entrance to explore the PSAC. To exit, head to the accessible entrances on the south end of the second floor main entrance.

      Next stop: The Quad

    5. The Quad and Mackay Mines

      After exiting the PSAC, take the ramp and pathway to the north of the Thompson Building past the Richard Bryan Plaza (statue). 

      Head past the Mackay School of Mines and you'll arrive at the University's Quad.

      Next stop: Engineering Row and the Paul Laxalt Mineral Engineering Building.

    6. Engineering Row

      After touring the Quad, follow the path to the ramp to the main entrance to the Paul Laxalt Mineral Engineering Building. 

      After taking time in the building, take the elevator from the 3rd to the first floor. Turn left and continue out the back doors to head to the Pennington Engineering Building.

      Next stop: Pennington Engineering Building.

    7. Pennington Engineering

      Follow the path behind Engineering Row to the ramp to right entrance of the Pennington Engineering Building.

      To exit, take the same path to head to the Davidson Math & Science Center.

      Next stop: Davidson Math & Science Center.

    8. Davidson Math & Science Center

      After spending time in the Pennington Engineering Building, exit via the west ramp exit and head to the path behind the Davidson Math & Science Center.

      Enter via a ramp entrance near the back of the building.

      Next stop: Fleischmann Agriculture and the Orvis Building.

    9. Orvis Building

      As you tour the Davidson Math & Science Center, you may take the same exit or head to the south main entrance and follow a path along the front exterior of the building.

      Follow the path to the circular paver path and make a right to head to the rear entrance of the Orvis Building. The Fleischmann Agriculture Building will be to your left.

      Take the elevator from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor in the Orvis building. To exit, follow the path south through the building to the glass doors. 

      Next stop: Morrill Hall

    10. Morrill Hall

      After existing the Orvis Building, follow the path across the street, passing the Mackay Science Building to the north and the Sarah Fleischmann Building to the south.

      You'll arrive at one of the University's emergency blue light phones outside of Morrill Hall.

      Follow the path around the front entrance to Morrill Hall and take a left on the other side of the building to head to the University's Honor Court.

      Next stop: University's Honor Court.

    11. Honor Court

      To the direct west of Morrill Hall is the University's Honor Court.

      After spending time at the Honor Court, head west towards the Clark Administration Building and follow the path to the right to Frandsen Humanities.

      Next stop: Frandsen Humanities

    12. Frandsen Humanities

      As you make your way to Frandsen Humanities, past Clark Administration, you'll see the Jones Center and Silas Ross Hall to your right.

      Past Frandsen Humanities, follow the path to the left, past the Thompson Building and make your way north to Great Basin Hall.

      You'll pass the Jot Travis Building to your left, along with Lincoln Hall, and the Pennington Student Achievement Center to your right.

      Next stop: Great Basin Hall

    13. Great Basin Hall

      As you make your way to Great Basin Hall turn left as you pass Manzanita Hall and follow the accessible ramp in the main courtyard of the building.

      When done exploring Great Basin Hall, use the same path to exit the building and head north to the University Foundation Arts Building.

      Next stop: University Foundation Arts Building

    14. University Foundation Arts

      Take the pathway to the immediate east of Great Basin Hall -- Pennington Student Achievement Building will be on your left -- towards the University Foundation Arts Building.

      You'll pass the Virginia Street Gym on your left. Take the accessible ramp to the south entrance of University Foundation Arts.

      Take the elevator from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor.

      Next stop: Church Fine Arts

    15. Church Fine Arts

      As you exit University Foundation Arts, take the elevated crosswalk between UFA to Church Fine Arts.

      In Church Fine Arts, there is an elevator near the left side of the theatre box. From the 2nd to the 1st floor, then turn left again and head down the hall to the exit to head to the Fitzgerald Student Services Building.

      Next stop: Fitzgerald Student Services Building

    16. Fitzgerald Student Services

      Take the exit to the north of Church Fine Arts and head to the Fitzgerald Student Services Building, directly next to Church Fine Arts.

      There are multiple accessible entrances to the building. Take the north exit to head back towards the E. L. Wiegand Fitness Center.

      Next stop: E. L. Wiegand Fitness Center

    17. E. L. Wiegand Fitness

      After exiting the Fitzgerald Student Services Building, follow the path north past the Whalen Parking Complex (to your left) towards the E. L. Wiegand Fitness Center.

      You'll see the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center and Joe Crowley Student Union to your right.

      As you make your way to the fitness center, take the accessible ramp to the main entrance to spend time in the facility.

      Next stop: Joe Crowley Student Union's Welcome Center

    18. End at Joe's Welcome Center

      After exiting the E. L. Wiegand Fitness Center's main entrance, head across the path to the Joe Crowley Student Union.

      Enter via the lower lobby west doors and turn to your right and head down the hallway past the information desk to the Welcome Center.

      The Welcome Center is just past the information desk and to the north of Starbucks.
