    1. Wendell W.Gunn University Commons

      607 Aderholt Way  

      Named after the first African-American student enrolled at Florence State College- now the University of North Alabama- the Wendell W. Gunn University Commons stands as the University’s most prominent student and community congregation center. It’s often where first-year UNA Students’ journey begins, as the Commons are also home to some of the University’s Admissions offices

      It is the home to the One Stop, the University’s all-in-one resource center for students, as well as the UNA bookstore, Chik-Fil-A & Starbucks location, and select classrooms.

      One-Stop Hours of Operation:
      Weekdays, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
      No appointment is necessary!

    2. Raburn Wing

      105 Shelby Way 

      Unlocked 5am – 9pm

      The Raburn Wing is an addition to Keller Hall that houses cutting-edge classrooms and other facilities for the College of Business. This location houses departments for Accounting and Business Law, Computer Science and Information Systems, Economics and Finance, and Management and Marketing.

       

    3. Keller Hall

      Keller Hall is UNA's College of Business's administrative headquarters, housing the dean, faculty offices, computer labs, classrooms, and the Small Business Development Center.

    4. Laura M. Harrison Plaza

      Located in front of 601 Cramer Way on Aderholt Way.

      Located at the main entrance to the University, Harrison Fountain in Laura M. Harrison Plaza stands as a cherished landmark known to many alumni as the most iconic feature of UNA. The plaza, generously established by Laura McAnally, Harrison, and Donald C. Harrison, symbolizes a profound gratitude towards UNA for shaping Laura's successful personal and professional life. Through their philanthropic gesture, Laura and her husband aim to inspire individuals to pursue their aspirations, embodying their shared passion for gardens and nature in a space designed to be a source of beauty for present and future generations at UNA.

    5. Collier Library

      625 Cramer Way 

      Collier Library was built by the Works Project Administration and opened to students in 1930. It was built in the Gothic Revival architectural style, like many of the WPA buildings on the University of North Alabama campus. In 1963, an expansion doubled the size of the original library and in 1982, another expansion again doubled the square footage of the library.

    6. Memorial Amphitheater

      The WWI Memorial Amphitheater at the University of North Alabama, completed in 1934, stands as a tribute to six students lost in WWI. Conceived by Mrs. Susan J. Price, a geography professor, the amphitheater deviated from her original design but remains a poignant memorial that is also used for various campus events. The structure, costing $10,140.66, was dedicated to their valor and patriotism, a testament to Mrs. Price's vision and the 1934 alumni's generosity.

    7. Gulliot University Center

      The Guillot University Center, commonly known as the GUC, is a multi-use facility that is the centralized hub for activities concerning faculty, staff, and students.

      The GUC contains amenities such as a mailroom, dining options, a 300-seat performance center, and various meeting rooms. It is also home to the offices of Student Affairs, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, Title IX, Student Conduct, Student Engagement, Disability Support Services, Military & Veteran Services, University Center Operations and Event Management, Student Government Association, University Ombudsman, and University Dining.

    8. Laura M. Harrison Hall

      Laura M. Harrison Hall

      174 Shelby Way 

      Opened in 2021, the Laura M. Harrison Hall is a new complex housing the Anderson College of Nursing and Health Professions.

      On the first and second floors, there are four large classrooms and two large computer labs that can hold 72 students.

    9. Mitchell Burford Science and Technology Building

      615 N. Pine Street 
      Hours: 7:30 a.m. tp 9 p.m.

      Named after UNA alumnus Dr. Mitchell Burford, this building was completed in 2015 and houses the departments of Chemistry and Physics, Biology, Engineering, Occupational Health Science, and Geosciences's faculty offices/labs. 
      It features two large lecture rooms for 72 students and several others for 48. Labs accommodate 24 students, fostering close professor-student relationships.

    10. Norton Auditorium

      500 North Pine Street 
      Opened as needed.

      Norton Auditorium is a 1,500-seat, on-campus performance center that regularly offers the UNA community experiences of live music, productions, and more. 

    11. Rogers Hall

      500 North Court Street  

      Rogers Hall, originally known as Courtview, is a three-story Greek-revival house located at 459 North Court Street.

      Originally built sometime between 1854 to 1855, the building served as a residence for several notable people, including the 34th Governor of Alabama Emmet O'Neal, up until 1915 when it transitioned into a boarding house.

      Sold to the then Florence State College in 1948, the building housed various administrative offices until it eventually became the current home to the offices of Alumni Relations and University Advancement.
