      Visit Admissions to take the first step toward earning a certificate or degree or jump-starting your career.

    2. North Lake Success Coaching (Advising)

      Need help navigating the world of college? Your success coach will inspire and motivate you to succeed in your academic journey.

      From your first day to graduation or transfer, a success coach will be there for you every step of the way.

    3. North Lake Financial Aid

      Almost every student is eligible for some type of financial aid. That might mean federal grants or loans. But even if you aren’t eligible for federal aid, you may qualify for a work-study job, scholarships, emergency funds, food assistance and more.

      Financial aid can be confusing. We’ve put together resources to help you navigate the process, such as important dates, terms to know, forms you’ll need, FAQs and more.

    4. North Lake Food Pantry

      Hungry or concerned about being able to put food on the table?

      Dallas College's food pantries are here to help. You can find them located on our seven main campuses. Supplies range from snacks and meals to diapers. Everything is free to students in need.

      Community members can also access free food on campus during our special “Community Pantry” and “Drive Thru Pantry” days.

    5. North Lake Information Central

      A few of the services that Information Central provides are mail collection and distribution for faculty from each of the schools of and campus departments.

      Information Central provides administrative support, including equipment for printing, copying, and scanning, access to faculty classrooms, posting of faculty notices, including class cancellation or room change for students to view upon arrival.

      Other services include providing flexible shared workspaces, which we call work pods, at each campus and satellite location. This also includes when space is needed to meet with students, warm your lunch, or just taking a moment to unwind in-between classes.

    6. North Lake Student IDs

      Every Dallas College campus requires all students and employees to wear their photo identification cards, which Dallas College provides for free.

      Student ID badges are used to obtain access to college services — the library, computer labs, testing center, etc. If you are not wearing a badge, you may be stopped and asked to identify yourself and your purpose on campus. You may be asked to retrieve your badge. You may be denied access to specific college services and/or activities.

    7. North Lake Bookstore

      The Dallas College Store, operated by Follett, is a one-stop shop for Dallas College merchandise, school supplies and tech gear.

      Connect with your campus bookstore to find textbooks, study materials, college gear, snacks and much more.

    8. North Lake Campus Police

      On behalf of the women and men of the Dallas College Police Department, we would like to welcome you to our diverse, fun and vibrant campus community.

    9. North Lake Learning Commons

      The goal of the Learning Commons team is to support the academic side of the student and to be able to connect the student to other parts of Dallas College.

      We support the entire student, and our goal is for any staff member to be able to help the student either through direct help, such as tutoring, or indirect help, such as a referral to advising or other parts of the college.

      Areas in Learning Commons include: Library, Tutoring, Testing and Computer Labs.
