1200 Centre Ave. Mall Colorado State University (CSU) received $2 million in COPs funding to support the renewal of the Andrew G. Clark Building, which is used by a broad range of the university's academic programs. The project included the revitalization of 35,000 square feet of classroom space and the correction of structural, mechanical, electrical and information technology deficiencies in the building. Among the systems updated were the fire alarms in the A and B wings, building HVAC,and lighting. Completion of the project was expected in the fall 2010 semester.
