The Lambert-Powell Meat Lab is a state-of-the-art teaching, research and extension facility supporting a variety of activities in the Department of Animal Sciences. It is also open to the community for meat and egg sales. Hours are Monday through Thursday 2-5 p.m. and Friday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
