      • Yanke Pod 5 Media Studio: The Project scope consists of creating a soundproof video studio for the Extended Studies program in pod 5 of the Yanke Family Research Park (YFRP) building.
      • Landscape work: Replace the irrigation system at the Yanke complex and upgrade the landscape at the building entrance and courtyard.
