   1. University Plaza

      Three Projects:

      • University Plaza Garage Repairs, 9/08/23-7/01/25: Repairs to existing parking garage, including insulation replacement, leak repair, and water mitigation.
      • UP220/415 Buildout, 08/12/25-09/15/25: Buildout rooms 220 and 415 to accommodate relocation of HR from CPV3. Involves minimal refurbishment but needs extensive data installation and card readers in both spaces.
