Construction Duration: July 8 2024 – August 1 2026
Summary: Construction of the Hillside North Housing (La Playa) dormitory project will occupy part of the G4 parking lot and lawn area north of Los Alamitos for the duration of construction. First phase will be removing and relocating underground utilities and preparing site for second phase, building construction. Fencing will surround project site on parking lot G4 as well as lawn area.
Sidewalk Closure
The Merriam Way sidewalk between Los Alamitos and Parking Lot G4, will be closed for underground utility upgrades for the new La Playa Residence Hall. Alternate accessible pathway are available during construction.
Please observe all signage in the vicinity of campus construction areas.
