        1. Behavioral & Social Sciences Building (BSSB)

The Behavioral & Social Sciences Building (BSSB) is a two-story, 52,894-square-foot learning environment that includes classrooms, a computer lab, collaborative study and meeting spaces, offices, and an outdoor learning space.

American studies, anthropology, child development/education, economics, ethnic studies, history, human development, philosophy, political science, psychology, social justice studies, sociology, and women’s studies departments are housed in the modern facility that is designed as a welcoming, inclusive space in the center of campus.

The building’s design blends student social spaces with various types of instructional spaces that support flexible and multimodal teaching methods. Natural lighting conserves energy and adds to the comfortable learning environment.
