        Culinary and Cultural Adventure in Italy
        Summer 2025

         

        A 3-weeks study abroad course in Tuscany, Italy, to explore cuisine and culture. The course will include lectures on history and development of culture and cuisines, cooking classes, visits to sites where ingredients are purchased and produced, and tours of museums and cultural sites in the surrounding areas.
