      1. Department of Communication and Women's and Gender Studies Program

         This 1830's-era building now houses the Department of Communication and the Women's and Gender Studies program. 

         The Department of Communication teaches skills in writing, research and media. 

         The Women's and Gender Studies program helps students develop critical thinking and interpersonal skills by examining societal and historical issues through an interdisciplinary framework.
