The Barbara Drummond Thorne Academic & Research Facility will be a new four-story, 138,000-square-foot building located at the northeast corner of Mell Street and Roosevelt Drive. Designed to support the College of Human Sciences, it will house teaching spaces, faculty research facilities, laboratories, classrooms, offices and common areas. The project will also allow the college to consolidate its related disciplines into a single, purpose-built location.
