Kelly House is a four-story apartment complex without an elevator that is for returning students. Apartments come in two styles: two-story townhouses and single level apartments.
Townhouse-style apartments are shared by five residents. They feature four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining table and chairs for ADA suites or stools at the kitchen counter, and a full kitchen with a range/stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator.
Single-level apartments are shared by two to six residents and feature two to three bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator.
The building surrounds a central courtyard, and all apartments open to outside corridors. All units are air-conditioned and come equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. There’s a laundry room on the first floor.
