Consisting of three buildings (1, 10 and 20 Warren), Warren Place is a co-ed apartment complex located on the northern end of campus between St. Phillip Street and King Street. Suites are shared by four to eight students. Each apartment features two to five bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, a living room, dining table and chairs or stools at the kitchen counter, and a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove and full-size refrigerator. Suites are shared by four to eight students. Warren Place has elevator access.
Warren Place is arranged with all apartments opening to inside corridors. Each building has central washers and dryers and a lounge on the first floor and bicycle storage in an outside area shared by all buildings. It has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a 24-hour information/security desk.
