Rutledge Rivers is a co-ed, four-story building located near both the Addlestone Library and the center of campus. Each suite features three or four bedrooms, a mix of private and double-occupancy bedrooms, a living room, a dining table and chairs (in ADA suites) or stools at the kitchen counter, and a kitchenette with a two-burner induction stovetop, sink and full-size refrigerator.
Renovated in 2017 to Silver LEED certification for interiors, Rutledge features a large common kitchen, and, on the first floor, free washers and dryers, as well as a living/activity space.
