Trash to Treasure celebrated their 10th year of Spring Move-Out collections in 2024. Every year, collection locations are set up around campus to divert dorm furnishings from the trash to local non profit organizations. In 2023, Trash to Treasure diverted over 5,000 cubic feet of items from landfills. Partnering with the Center for Public Service, collection services have more than doubled across campus. The Spring collections are then set up in a pop-up shop on campus and diverted to non-profits.
