      1. Non-Commuter Park & Ride (Safety City)

         NPR-2

         • Available to Non-commuter students chosen in the randomized selection process.
         • The Non-Commuter Park and Ride Permit (NPR) is valid in this lot and also the Sevier Heights Park and Ride lot. Permits are required 24/7/365.
         • This is a 24-hour parking location with overnight privileges for NPR permit holders.

          

         Bus Service

         • Daytime – Students can cross the pedestrian bridge to the Cherokee Mills Building and proceed to the Cherokee Mills bus stop. Operating Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. 
         • After hours – Contact the T Link Bus On-Demand service at 865-974-4080 or via the TransLoc App. This app provides real-time GPS of the buses and how soon before the next bus arrives. 
         • Safety – Please have downloaded the Safe at UT app on your phone. You may wait in your vehicle in the Safety City lot until the T Link arrives. Just let the dispatcher know that you are waiting in your car.
