The President's Home was the first PWA project started and work began November 24, 1938. This building was designed by Warren, Knight and Davis, Birmingham, Alabama, and was built by Brice Building Company, Birmingham, Alabama, for $38,412. It was first occupied by President Duncan and is still used as the home of Auburn University presidents and their families.
