Following a resolution of the Academic Senate, a Memorial was created for faculty and staff who have passed. It was designed by the University of Portland Facilities Department and dedicated in 2016.
Each year on All Souls Day, the University celebrates a Mass and blesses a wreath to honor those who have passed in the past year.
