The Tony & Libba Rane Culinary Science Center is a world-class culinary center and learning lab that prepares Auburn students to succeed in a competitive hospitality industry. Located in downtown Auburn, the Rane Center contains a coffee roastery and cafe, the teaching restaurant 1856, three side-by-side labs with state-of-the-art culinary technology, a micro distillery, The Laurel Hotel and Spa, and many more culinary and hospitality teaching spaces.
