      1. Student Galleries South

University Galleries include three exhibition spaces for art on the University campus:

        1. Sheppard Contemporary (Northwest wing on second floor of Church Fine Arts Building)
        2. McNamara Hallway Gallery (second floor of Church Fine Arts Building)
        3. Student Galleries South (Rooms 107 and 107A in Jot Travis Building)

These galleries maintain a full and intensive program of professional art exhibitions featuring work from regional, national, and international contemporary artists, as well as supporting faculty research, student exhibitions such as MFA and BFA Thesis exhibits, and popular programming like the Annual Student Art Show and the biennial Valentine Art Auction.

Student Galleries South is a primary space for student exhibitions at the University. When the Joe Crowley Student Union opened in 2007, the previous space was renovated as an additional gallery exhibiting student artwork. Throughout the Fall and Spring semesters, this gallery boasts a large variety of student programming, BFA exhibitions, MFA thesis and review shows, and course-specific group shows.
