The Bicycle Factory is located on the south edge of campus. It sits on the historical site of the Grand Rapids Bicycle Factory which burned to the ground in February 2007.
This building was opened in March 2009 by McGraw Construction. GVSU leases to own two floors in the building which equal 26,000 square feet.
