Grand Valley Apartments (GVA) are on-campus apartments for returning residents, transfer students, and graduate students.
Residents enjoy their own bedroom and additional living room, all while still being able to get involved in an intimate community of around 40 students. Nearby outside, there is a volleyball and basketball court, and a large courtyard where you will typically see students lounging or competing.
GVA's parking lot is also right outside your front door. This is one of Grand Valley's most affordable upperclassmen housing options and was recently renovated. GVA buildings include:
