This project will entail a wholescale renovation of the stern student center. It will include addressing current building envelope failures, bringing electrical systems up to code, replacing mechanical systems, reclaiming needed space from a vacant aquatic center, improving the usability of campus ballroom, and improving food service, meeting, and informal student spaces. The project will also relocate the student gym from leased space, supplement admissions spaces, and improve circulation and use of an exterior green as scope and budget allow.
