The CofC honors program will renovate the existing ground floor to relocate its offices, classes, and program spaces. The honors housing program will occupy the 2nd and 3rd floor of Berry. The project will include a reconfiguration and complete renovation of ground floor space assigned to honors. It will include new interior spaces, MEP systems, it and classroom systems, furniture and fire and life safety upgrades. The upper living floors to be renovated to include new finishes, casework, plumbing fixtures/ faucets, replacement of existing HVAC, duct board, select MEP upgrades, new lighting fixtures, roof replacement of south roof, select window replacements, fire and life safety system upgrades, building automation controls and furniture.
