    1. Desegregation Monument

      This black granite and bronze statue commemorates the post-Reconstruction integration of USC. Inspired by the now-iconic photo of three African American students — Robert Anderson, Henrie Monteith and James Solomon Jr. — stepping out of the Osborne Administration building after meeting with university officials on Sept. 11, 1963.
