Biotech 1 is a three-story, multitenant research, laboratory, and office building.
Biotech 1 is home to VCU’s Office of Research and Innovation and the VCU School of Pharmacy Department of Medicinal Chemistry.
The building also houses several Virginia Institute of Psychiatric and Behavioral Genetics spaces and the VCU Institute for Structural Biology, Drug Discovery and Development.
