Biotech 8 is a three-story, 76,000-square-foot building offering wet/dry laboratory, office and flex space for tenants. The building has an attached parking structure and is LEED certified.
The VCU Institute for Engineering and Medicine, which fosters collaborative programs between the College of Engineering, School of Medicine and VCU Life Sciences, is housed in this building.
Biotech 8 is also home to the Medicines for All Institute, which aims to improve access to safe, effective and affordable medicines.
