Spratlen Hall (formerly Madrona Hall) is a North Campus residence hall that hosts Frost Bite, a student-managed ice cream shop known for low prices. It is also home to residents living in the Business Living Learning Community and houses the Learning Resource Center, the RCSA Leadership and Programing Office, and meeting and event spaces.
