The Virginia Biotechnology Research Park is a corporate research park for the life sciences, serving and incubating the states biotechnology and biomedical industries. The Biotech Park features office and laboratory suites for start-up ventures, on-site business services, a library, meeting rooms and access to common equipment.
The Virginia Biotechnology Center offers research space connected to Biotech 1 via a common atrium and “skyway” at the second level.
Full-service leases include all utilities, high-speed internet and telecommunication connections, access to common conference and meeting facilities, loading dock, passenger and freight elevators, central mail drop and collection, FedEx, UPS and DHL boxes, and other amenities. Spaces in BioTech Center can be custom-fitted as wet or dry labs, offices and other special-purpose space ranging in size from 3,500 square feet to full-floor uses at 33,000 gross square feet in size.
