The McGlothlin Medical Education Center primarily supports the educational mission of the School of Medicine. Designed for LEED Silver certification, the facility includes climate walls with computer-controlled electronic sunshades, internal sunshades and plentiful natural light. The second floor accommodates a bridge to Main Hospital, a 250-seat auditorium, and an overlook to the main lobby. Two floors of the building are dedicated to cancer research.
