Lost Children/Adults
If a member of your party is lost during the Show, please alert a member of the Directions & Assistance Committee wearing teal vests. Our Lost Children Area is located inside NRG Center at Room 102 (between Hall A and Hall B) and offers peace of mind at our event. Staffed by the Directions and Assistance Committee, Lost Children ensures swift reunification if children wander off. Safety is our priority, and we work closely to reunite families. Guests inquiring about Lost Children should call 832.667.1311.
If you are in NRG Stadium, Please let any staff member at a Guest Services booth know that someone is lost.
