The Writing Center is a place for helpful, encouraging conversations about writing. Few skills are more essential to students—in their academic careers and beyond.
We help students work both on current projects (at any stage) and on improving their writing more generally as they progress at Lewis & Clark. With our guidance, students can reduce their writing anxiety, develop actionable plans for their projects, and find their voice.
We are deeply committed to the belief that everyone can learn to craft clear, thoughtful, and even elegant prose. Writing skills will serve students far beyond their time at Lewis & Clark, helping them to pursue successful careers, live reflective lives, and advocate for what they value most.
Location: Undergraduate Campus, Watzek Library, middle floor
