Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are an essential safety measure for any university campus, providing a life-saving treatment for individuals experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. The immediate availability of AEDs can significantly increase the chances of survival in such cases. Beyond its primary importance in responding to medical emergencies, having AEDs on campus can also promote a culture of safety and well-being, leading to positive impacts on the mental and physical health of the university community. Furthermore, the availability of AEDs on campus aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 - Good Health and Well-Being, contributing to sustainable development by promoting the health and safety of the university community.
