Phase 3 of the Solar Project will be moving from Lot 1 back to Lot 10. Lot 1 fencing will be removed on Friday, August 15, and Lot 10 (as noted in the map below), fencing will be installed beginning August 11, 2025. Fencing will be removed from Lot 1, making the entire lot open and available for parking. Additionally, fencing will be placed in the northern section of Lot 10 (as noted in the map below), and it will remain in place until the project's completion. Roadways will stay open to ensure normal traffic flow during construction. This phase of the project is expected to conclude by December 12, 2025.
