Phase 4 of the Solar Project will be moving back to Lot 1. Phase 4 is the last and final phase of the project. Beginning Saturday, November 22, 2025, fencing will be removed from Lot 10 back over to Lot 1, making the entire Lot 10 open and available for parking by November 26, 2025. Fencing in Lot 1 (as noted in the map below), will remain in place until the project's completion. Roadways will stay open to ensure normal traffic flow during construction. This phase of the project is expected to conclude by March 20, 2026.
