Cerritos Culinary Arts facility provides a laboratory spaces for Baking and Pastry, and Culinary Management programs. Culinary Arts state of the art production kitchen operates three on-campus food outlets: a fine dining restaurant, a high-volume cafe, and banquet and catering services.
