        Odum Library is the heart of Valdosta State University. We are located at the south end of the pedestrian walkway, between the Student Union and the Lowndes and Brown residence halls. Library materials are available for students, faculty, staff and community members to use. The library collection includes approximately 530,000 volumes, electronic and print journals, government documents, microform, and audio-visual materials, as well as numerous maps, charts, and archival resources. The library currently subscribes to numerous print magazines, journals and newspapers and has more than 64,000 full text online journals available through GALILEO. Students, faculty, and staff also have access to all eligible circulating materials at all USG libraries through the Universal Catalog and GIL Express.

        Odum Library is the main library on campus it serves as a central hub for academic resources, research materials, and information services for the university's students, faculty, and staff. It offers collection, study spaces, technology, research assistance, &  online resources.
