Rice Creek Field Station offers 350-acres of trail crossed fields, streams and forests, and a 26-acre pond. Our new, indoor facilities offer space for classes and laboratories. The biological sciences department offers a number of classes in this “living classroom”. Many of our students also use Rice Creek as a quiet place to hike and enjoy the natural beauty it provides. It's what Al Roker, Oswego State alumnus and favorite weatherman, might describe as “our neck of the woods.”
