      The Shineman Center for Science, Engineering and Innovation is home to 50 labs, classrooms and offices for the departments of atmospheric and geological sciences, biological sciences, chemistry, computer science, engineering, mathematics and physics. This facility spans 230,000 square feet and breaks innovative grounds in technology and teaching labs, and also features a planetarium, greenhouse with variable-ecosystem growth chambers, and breathtaking views from the meteorology observation decks. Grab a meal at the Fusion Café between classes for a quick bite! The building also stands as a testament to Oswego’s commitment to sustainability with its GOLD standard LEED environmental certification. There is estimated to be around $15 million in equipment in this building.
