Hewitt Hall has been transformed through an $80 million renovation into a state-of-the-art home for Broadcasting, Graphic Design, and Cinema & Screen Studies. The facility opened up in Fall 2025. The updated facility features technologically advanced teaching spaces, team lab rooms, podcast studios, broadcasting studios, cafe, and sales gallery that support programs within the College of Communication, Media and the Arts. This building also has a ballroom for music perfomances and other events, esports lab, VR suite, screening room for student films, and much more!
