   1. 72 Salisbury Street

      The apartments at 72 Salisbury Street offer one- and two-bedroom apartments. 

       

      There are 12 apartment units in the building; each apartment is fully furnished and has a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Every apartment has luxurious hardwood floors and is furnished with a queen size bed, a desk and chair, a bedside table, a dresser, and a closet. Each bedroom is single occupancy.  The on-site laundry facilities are located in the basement. Utilities include heat, air conditioning, electricity, and wireless internet.  A resident assistant lives on-site, and there is limited on-site parking available.

      Rent for the 2024-2025 academic year: 

      • Rent ranges from $1,300-$1,425 per month, billed monthly to your student account.  There is limited on-site parking available.
