The Fabrication Centre is located on Level 1 and includes:
- Wood Shops (Multiple Studios)
- Metal Studio (MCA 111, 111A, 111B)
- Plastics Studio (MCA 109)
- Mould-making Studios (MCA 158)
- Foundry (MCA 152)
- Rapid Prototyping Centre (MCA 112)
- Tool Loans and other various assembly rooms
The Shops and Studios offer studio access to students who have been properly trained and demonstrate competence, technical skill and an understanding of relevant health and safety issues.
