The Law Enforcement and Emergency Management Center (LEEM) is located at 108 McKenzie Road in Spring Lake.
The LEEM houses FTCC's
Basic Law Enforcement Training programs (BLET).
History: Originally located on the Fayetteville campus, BLET moved to the Spring Lake Campus center, then to its current site, which is part of the Spring Lake campus.
