The Wesley A. Meredith Horticulture Education Center is located at 670 N. Eastern Blvd., adjacent to Cape Fear Botanical Garden.
The property includes classrooms, labs and a state-of-the-art greenhouse, which are all part of FTCC's
Horticulture Technology program.
History: The Horticulture program was relocated from the Fayetteville campus into this new complex beside the Cape Fear Botanical Garden in 2006. The original greenhouse was destroyed by Hurricane Florence in 2018. A new state-of-the-art greenhouse opened in December 2019.
