Greetings Campus Community,
Construction for the Yasuda Center’s renovation and addition project is now starting 1.1 for the Masters Physician’s Assistant Program.
Phase 1 .1 of construction, including erection of the construction barriers along sidewalk and Lot Annex A. Duration of disruption is 7/15/2024 – 8/16/2024.
Construction barriers shall restrict unauthorized access into the construction site. Please exercise caution when traveling around the construction site and follow all construction signage. Parking Lot Annex A, the existing Yasuda building and dirt lot south of Parking Lot A, Sidewalk along this lot and Parking Lot Annex A will remain closed all times during this phase of construction.
Construction barriers will be added north of the ADA pathway and will continue to run parallel the existing sidewalk and around the entirety of Lot Annex A.

Areas affected by Construction: Phase-1
In Phase 1.1, the fence boundary will limit access to lot Annex A and the sidewalk. Pedestrian access from parking Lots A to the Visual Arts Building will be available through the existing ADA path and Pedestrian access from Parking Lots A to University Enterprise building will be available through the sidewalk on Museum Drive.
Continued Disruption Operations: Phase 1 of construction, including erection of the construction fence, is still in effect and will continue through Summer 2025.
