The main dining hall on campus, Curtiss E. Frank Dining Hall is open 24 hours a day during the semester to fuel late-night study sessions, and to ensure early risers have a solid breakfast. Students can enjoy a wide variety of options, including made-to-order grill items, vegan and vegetarian dishes, kosher fare, international flavors, and house-made pastas and wood-fired pizzas. The allergen-friendly Pure Eats station and a full-service Starbucks barista add even more to this inclusive and satisfying dining experience.
Sustainability Highlights
Colgate’s primary dining hall practices trayless-dining. Trayless dining has reduced food waste by about 30%. A half gallon of water was necessary to wash only one tray, so eliminating the use of trays at Frank Dining Hall helps to save a significant amount of water and the energy required to heat that water.
