Waterside is home to The Springs, one of Shell Point’s three assisted living residences. Waterside is also the location of Shell Point’s Connected Living memory support residences, which provide a secure home-like environment. Additionally, the Welcome Center is located at the entrance to Waterside, which houses Sales, Marketing and the Shell Point TV Studio.
