      1. Lower Terminal - Tram South Waterfront

        The Portland Aerial Tram goes between the South Waterfront and OHSU’s main campus on Marquam Hill. The tram has two cars that leave each location every 6 minutes. The ride takes about 4 minutes. 

         

        A ticket is required on the way up but it's free on the way down.

        • Open Monday through Saturday; open on Sundays during the summer

        • Tram is closed on most major holidays.

        Location

        • The Tram’s lower terminal is located at the Center for Health & Healing, which is accessible via the Portland Streetcar. 

        Fares

        • Free for OHSU patients and visitors – you can get fare tickets from your healthcare provider or at OHSU information desks. Read more about tickets for patients.
        • Free on the way down; ticket is required for the trip up to Marquam Hill
